The second day of the business roundtable at Fisp yielded around 130 meetings with more than 10 clients. This is the second experience at the fair for Chilean Patrick Akter, from the company Kuppel, who had previously attended in 2018. “It has been important because, besides footwear, I found several products of the highest quality, such as gloves and safety glasses,” says Akter, who mentioned he is considering closing deals with four exhibitors at the fair.
Another person taking advantage of the opportunity to expand their product portfolio is the Peruvian Mariano Bellido, from the company Professional Shoes, who was impressed by the innovations of the Brazilian exhibitors, such as the gloves for chefs. “This is perfect, as a large part of our clients consists of restaurants,” Bellido celebrates. On his first visit to Brazil, he says his attendance at the next edition of the event is already guaranteed.
