International Security and Protection Fair will feature hundreds of brands showcasing the most modern in worker safety and protection
São Paulo, September 2018– Kalipso will launch its high-performance safety glasses and gloves at FISP – International Safety and Protection Fair, which takes place from October 3 to 5 at São Paulo Expo. “We care immensely about the quality of PPE placed on the Brazilian market. Before each launch, many studies and research are carried out so that the worker's need is met with excellence,” states Laís Alonso, the company's Marketing coordinator.
The Geneva safety glasses have been tested and approved according to international quality standards and the ANSI.Z.87.1 standard. A wide-vision type model, they feature special anti-scratch and anti-fog lenses made of high-performance acetate, with good resistance to heavy cleaning and the removal of applied residues. They can be worn over prescription glasses and are suitable for use in the chemical, metallurgical, auto parts, painting, automotive assembly, steel, pharmaceutical, and laboratory industries, among others.
Another new feature, which also adds value to the work to be performed in terms of both technology and protection capacity, is the Sonora high-performance gloves. They feature high cut resistance, a dual foam nitrile coating for better grip, a ventilated back, and tactile sensitivity and dexterity.
