Green Process presents new products at Fisp 2018

Eco-friendly and high-tech products are the result of years of research, development and investment

São Paulo, September 2018Recognized as a company that creates environmentally smart chemical solutions for cleaning, hygiene, and safety, Green Process, which has been in the market for over 20 years, has many reasons to celebrate at the International Fair of Safety and Protection (Fisp), taking place from October 3 to 5 in São Paulo.

The company, which was founded by Marta M. Lorenzini, a chemical engineer who graduated from Centro Universitário FEI and holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV, has recently moved into its own headquarters, spanning over 1,200 m², in the Greater ABC region of São Paulo, is launching new products, expanding its distribution throughout Brazil, and increasing investments despite the economic crisis. “Approximately 5% of our total revenue was allocated to research and development of new products. For Green, innovation is more than a necessity—it’s a commitment. It’s in our DNA to invest in technology to achieve maximum efficiency for our customers without harming the environment. This year we are also celebrating 10 years since earning ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, and there is a clear increase in demand for our products due to the sustainable nature of our product lines,” celebrates Victor Lorenzini Patah, Commercial Director at Green Process.

The booth was created with the objective of promoting experiences with the products to the public. The activation aims to explore the benefits of the new products in practice. “We are investing in playful presentations because we want the visitor to have an experience similar to their daily lives. Users are our real consultants and essential for the final approval of our products. We want them to use our products at our booth to experience firsthand the differentiators of Green Process,” Victor adds.

In addition to the booth, Green Process will have a speaking slot in the event's lecture schedule with the theme “Perception of Hazard, Risk, and Toxicology,” on October 3rd, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in auditorium 2. The content to be shared is the result of research by the company's Technical Manager, Paulo Duarte.

After five years of intense research, Green Process will present two new products at Fisp: the protective cream, Protheus 3, and the degreasing gel, Zeus Global. The Protheus 3 cream is PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for hand protection. The product is biodegradable, dermatologically tested, and has a moisturizing action. It functions as a “chemical glove” and is recommended for use in workshops and maintenance sectors, as it dries quickly and ensures a firm grip for safer handling of parts and equipment. Meanwhile, Zeus Global acts directly on the heaviest and deepest dirt, as it contains an exfoliant that removes dirt from fingerprints and emollient agents to prevent skin irritation. The product is recommended for use in steel mills, workshops, and industries that need to avoid the transfer of fingerprints onto parts, as it contains no fatty acids or oily elements.

“All Green Process products are certified by ANVISA – National Health Surveillance Agency, meet international quality standards, comply with safety regulations, and have reports available for all customers to view. We also have a technical assistance team that acts as a consultancy for companies in need of innovative and cost-effective solutions for their processes,” states the Commercial Director.

In addition to the new product launches, Green Process will bring its entire product line for building, industrial, and personal care, which serves companies from various sectors and of all sizes, such as automakers, steel mills, airports, and food industries, among others. “We speak of personal care because we develop our products with the aim of ensuring the safety of the environment and of human beings. One of the most sought-after products is the ecological solvent, Prograx Eco 75; unlike kerosene and other carcinogenic solvent derivatives, it does not pose hazards in the work environment. The product is excellent for maintenance, protecting parts and helping to remove resins, oils, greases, glues, and even on energized equipment due to its high dielectric strength, and it can be applied in various industrial processes to replace gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil in degreasing operations,” emphasizes Victor Lorenzini Patah.

Fisp is organized and promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano in partnership with Abraseg – Brazilian Association of Distributors and Importers of Occupational Safety and Protection Equipment and Products, Animaseg – National Association of the Occupational Safety and Protection Equipment Industry, and Sindiseg – Union of the Safety Material Industry. Alongside Fire Show – International Fire Fair, it is expected to bring together around 700 exhibiting companies that will showcase the most modern developments in the field of worker and public safety and protection, with an audience of 40,000 professionals.
