Instrutherm launches acoustic calibrator with display in the largest event for the health and safety at work sector in Latin America

Specialized in measuring equipment, Instrutherm launches innovative model of an acoustic calibrator, the CAL-5000, with an LCD display. This will be one of the news that the brand will exhibit on FISP | International Fair of Security and Protection, from October 5th to 7th 2016 at São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo.
The portable acoustic calibrator has a solid state integrated circuit with an excellent performance, accuracy, and stability. It is suitable for use in the field, laboratory, and calibration of microphone sensitivity in order to ensure the accuracy of the equipment and results of performed tests.
The CAL-5000 measures sound pressure levels of 94 and 114 dB. It provides accuracy of ± 0.4 dB, a frequency of 000Hz ± 0.01%, and complies with the IEC60942 class 1 standards. In addition, it performs calibration of 1 ½ inch microphones and identifies operating temperature of -10 to 50 °C, and also storage temperature of -40 to 65 °C, with elevation effect of approximately 0.1dB.
Instrutherm is more than 30 years in the market, serving different areas: safety and occupational medicine, laboratory, mechanical, electronics, agriculture, and agribusiness, among others.
