Cedro will have a holographic prosecutor at FISP

The manufacturer's professional clothing division will use interactive visuals to highlight the technology embedded in the fabrics

Seeking to project a modern image for the traditional segment of professional safety and protective clothing, Cedro Têxtil is participating in the upcoming edition of Fisp by using interactive technology resources. On the product side, the manufacturer will launch the first stretch RipStop fabric on the market, developed to allow greater mobility and comfort in camouflage uniforms.

Cedro shares that visitors will be welcomed to the booth by a robot, acting as a holographic promoter, and that a space prepared with 360-degree virtual reality has also been reserved, so that the user wearing special glasses will have the sensation of being inside a burn test laboratory, where a localized fire situation will be simulated. For this season, the catalog included augmented reality effects to highlight models, much like the fashion division did in the collection launched in May. In the same way it did with denim, Cedro produced a workwear editorial inspired by the exoskeletons of insect and crab species, a concept already incorporated by military forces and robotics.

During the upcoming edition of the International Security and Protection Fair, Cedro plans to showcase the approximately 30 products that make up the company’s workwear portfolio, a segment that accounts for 30% of the company’s total net revenue, which amounts to approximately R$ 190 million of last year’s net revenue. The fair is scheduled for October 3–5 at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, an exhibition complex located along the Imigrantes Highway in the city of São Paulo.
