FISP 2016 debates the importance of occupational safety and protection and presents new products for the sector
FISP | International Fair of Safety and Protection, the largest event dedicated to the occupational safety and health sector in Latin America, reaches its 21st edition, bringing professionals working in the prevention field a unique opportunity for updates. The fair takes place from October 5 to 7, 2016, at the São Paulo Expo, in São Paulo.
Over the course of three days, an extensive schedule of seminars, debates, workshops, and courses will be presented to enhance technical knowledge, in addition to an exhibition of the latest technologies in products and services available on the market. Among the solutions on display will be new products for accident prevention in work involving fall hazards, electrical hazards, cut hazards, and confined spaces; special garments (fabrics with nanotechnology, water and oil repellency, flame retardants, anti-mosquito protection, sun protection, and anti-odor technology); face protection (hearing and respiratory protectors, glasses, and helmets); safety gloves for various industry sectors, footwear, ergonomic belts, and protective creams, among others.
With the inclusion of new sectors focused on the areas of environment and rescue vehicles, FISP offers the most complete business platform for occupational health and safety. More than 50,000 visitors are expected, including nursing professionals, physicians, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational safety engineers and technicians, risk inspectors, corporate security personnel, internal accident prevention committee (CIPA) members, and firefighters, as well as managers, directors, buyers, and distributors from various sectors.
FISP is promoted by Cipa Fiera Milano and organized by the Brazilian Association of Distributors and Importers of Occupational Safety and Protection Equipment and Products (Abraseg), the National Association of the Occupational Safety and Protection Equipment Industry (Animaseg), and the Union of the Safety Material Industry (Sindiseg).
Further strengthening business synergy, for visitors and exhibitors alike, the 12th edition of the Fire Show | International Fire Fair will take place concurrently, bringing the latest technologies to the fire prevention and combat market, organized by the Brazilian Association of Fire Equipment and High-Pressure Cylinder Industries (Abiex). Together, the events will bring together 700 exhibitors in an area of 42,000 square meters, with the expectation of attracting 50,000 industry professionals.
