Basic care helps ensure that the work routine is not harmful.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Follow-up<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the company must constantly monitor the worker, educating them to constantly check their home office furniture and self-evaluate their work posture, in order to see how they are working and identify symptoms such as pain and stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Sanitization and organization<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 another important educational process that the company must apply to employees is regarding the care to keep work environments sanitized and organized, minimizing health problems, errors, and even an inadequate image in case of virtual meetings;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>Physical well-being<\/strong>\u00a0guidance on posture and teachings on exercises that can relax the body from potential work-related stress will be essential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese are just the basic precautions that every company will have to take with workers during the work-from-home period.
